DPDP Act 2023
Full compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Separate consent for each purpose. Right to access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal built into the app.
UIDAI Compliance
Aadhaar processed on-device only via the ABDM path. Our backend never receives your Aadhaar number. Only the ABHA token is stored. Masks Aadhaar in all UI displays.
WASA Security Audit
CERT-IN empanelled agency security audit planned before production launch. Covers OWASP Top 10, penetration testing. We write secure code from day one to minimise remediation.
Data Residency
All health data stored in India — Oracle Cloud Mumbai (dev/staging), E2E Networks Mumbai (production), with Tata Vayu Cloud as DR target. MeitY empanelled infrastructure only.
ONDC Network
Medicine ordering via the Open Network for Digital Commerce — government-backed protocol. Price parity enforced by the network. Registration planned for Week 3 of launch.
