Yes, always. Medicine ordering via ONDC and lab test booking via Thyrocare/Redcliffe are free on every plan. We earn a commission from the pharmacy or lab — never from you. Your price is the same or lower than ordering directly.
One scan = one prescription processed through our AI extraction system. If you photograph a prescription and the AI extracts the medicines, that's one scan. On the Free plan, you get 2 scans per family member per month (6 total for 3 members).
Passive dependents are family members — typically elderly parents or grandparents — who don't have or use a smartphone. The family admin manages their health records, scans their prescriptions, and tracks their medicines on their behalf. They don't need the app or an account.
The headline prices (₹149/month, ₹249/month) are exclusive of GST. With 18% GST, Pro is ₹175.82/month and Pro Plus is ₹293.82/month. Annual plans: Pro ₹999 + GST, Pro Plus ₹1,799 + GST.
Yes. Cancel anytime from the app. You keep access until the end of the billing period. Your health data is not deleted on cancellation — you can export or access it, and ABHA records remain in the national health record system.
